“宣肺清热,化瘀通络”法治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎风热闭肺证患者266例疗效分析

Therapeutic effect analysis of 266 cases of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children with wind and head blocking the lung syndrome by “Xuanfei Qingre,Huayu Tongluo” method

[目的]观察"宣肺清热,化瘀通络"法治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎风热闭肺证患者的临床疗效。[方法]采用回顾性队列研究方法,选取肺炎支原体肺炎证属风热闭肺证病例513例,按照治疗方法不同分为两组。两组均采用中西医结合方法治疗,在西医治疗基础上,对照组247例采用传统辨证法组方的中药方剂加减治疗,治疗组266例采用"宣肺清热,化瘀通络"法,予清宣通络方加减治疗。观察两组治疗后的临床疗效。[结果]治疗组患儿住院病程(8.76±2.38)d与对照组患儿住院病程(10.31±2.44)d比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患儿退热时间(2.42±1.53)d与对照组患儿退热时间(3.01±2.12)d比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结果表明,"宣肺清热,化瘀通络"法可以缩短退热时间和住院病程。[结论]"宣肺清热,化瘀通络"法可以提高肺炎支原体肺炎证属风热闭肺证的临床疗效。

[Objective] A observation of the clinical effect of "Xuanfei Qinre,Huayu Tongluo" method on the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children.[Methods] By retrospective cohort study,513 cases of mycoplasma pneumoniae syndrome with Lung closure permit hot wind were selected and divided into two groups according to different treatment methods. Both groups were treated with the combination of Chinese and western medicine. On the basis of Western medicine treatment,247 patients in the control group were treated with the addition and subtraction of traditional Chinese medicine prescription based on the rule of differentiation of syndromes,and 266 patients in the treatment group were treated with the addition and subtraction of Qinxuan Tongluo Prescription based on the method of"Xuanfei Qinre,Huayu Tongluo" in order to observe the clinical effect of the two groups after treatment.[Results] Compared with the control group(10.31±2.44) d,the clinical course of hospitalized children in the treatment group(8.76±2.38) d showed statistically significant difference(P<0.05). The antifebrile time in the treatment group(2.42±1.53) d was statistically significant compared with that in the control group(3.01±2.12) d(P<0.01). The treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia in children by the method "Xuanfei Qinre,Huayu Tongluo" can shorten the duration of fever reduction and hospitalization.[Conclusion]"Xuanfei Qinre,Huayu Tongluo" method can increase the curative effect of mycoplasma pneumoniae syndrome with lung closure permit hot wind.
