拍打作为内功锻炼方式和健身养生之术,应用历史悠久。随着拍打工具的更新以及与中医理论的密切结合,拍打已作为一种中医外治法,广泛用于治疗多种疾病,其医疗作用得到大幅发挥。本文通过对拍打疗法渊源和技术特点进行梳理和分析,探讨该疗法治病机制以及临床应用注意要点,为该疗法的推广提供借鉴。

As a technique of internal exercise and fitness,the tapping has a long history. With the update of the tapping tools and the close integration with the theory of Chinese medicine,tapping has been widely used as a traditional Chinese medicine treatment for a variety of diseases,and its medical effects have been greatly exerted. This paper combs and analyzes the origin and technical characteristics of tapping therapy,discusses the therapeutic mechanism of the therapy and the key points of clinical application,and provides reference for the promotion of the therapy.
