单层Wolter型X射线探测器性能测试及分析

摘要 单层Wolter型X射线探测器是一款面向脉冲星空间观测的国产器件。为了更加准确地掌握该款探测器的性能,利用X射线探测器地面测试系统完成了其能量响应、空间响应、时间响应、脉冲还原能力的测试分析。通过测试数据处理分析,得到探测器本底噪声为1.0758e^4ph/cm^2/s,工作能区为0.202~12.498keV;在1.49keV、4.51keV、5.41keV、6.4keV、8.05keV处能量分辨率分别为103.978eV、152.71eV、169.52eV、175.42eV、192.047eV,在五个特征能谱处探测效率约为3%;在1.49keV、4.51keV空间响应为4.1792'、6.131',时间分辨率为25.11μs。脉冲还原能力试验表—,单层Wolter型X射线探测器的脉冲信号探测能力随着信号强度增强而提高,随着背景噪声增加而减弱。在1000s试验条件下,探测器可探测到辐射流量小于背景噪声6倍的弱脉冲信号。 Tlie single layer Wolter style X-ray detector is an autonomous device for pulsar navigation.In order to know the performance of the detector more accurately,the ground test system of the X-ay detector is used to test and analyze its energy response,space response,time response and pulse reduction ability.Through data processing and analysis,the obtained background noise of tlie detector is 1.0758e^-4ph/cm^2/s,the working energy range is 0.202~12.498keV,the energy resolutions at L49keV,4.51keV,5.41keV,6.4keV and 8.05keV arel03.978eV,152.71eV,169.52eV,175.42eV and 192.047eV respectively,and the detection efficiency is about 3%.The spatial responses at 1.49keV and 4.5IkeV are 4.1792' and 6.131' respectively,and the time resolution is 25.11 μs.The pulse reduction ability test results show that the pulse signal detection ability of the single layer Wolter X-ray detector will be enhanced when the pulse signal is intensified,and decreased when the background noise increases.The weak pulse signal whose radiation flux is less than 10 times background noise can be detected under the condition of 1000s.
