光学影像无控定位精度评估中的几个问题

摘要 卫星摄影测量是获取全球地理空间信息的重要手段和有效途径。卫星影像的几何定位精度是评价卫星测绘性能的关键指标。其中,影像的无控定位精度是对有效载荷、地面处理等多个环节综合因素影响结果的客观分析。本文从卫星影像定位精度的评估出发,首先,对测量中偶然误差、系统误差及粗差进行介绍;其次,阐述了中误差和圆误差之间的关系;最后,对影像定位精度,尤其是无控定位精度评估等方面提出了若干建议。 Satellite photogrammetry is an important and effective way to acquire global geospatial information,and the geometric positioning accuracy of satellite image is a key index for evaluating the performance of satellite surveying and mapping.The positioning accuracy of image without ground control points is the objective analysis of the effects of multiple factors including pay-load and ground processing.Based on the evaluation of satellite image positioning accuracy,the accidental error,systematic error and gross error in measurement are introduced in this paper.Secondly,the relationship between the mean square error and circular error is analyzed.Finally,some suggestions are put forward for the accuracy of image positioning,especially the accuracy e-valuation of image without ground control points.
