糖尿病性慢性肾功能衰竭的血液透析护理体会

目的:对糖尿病性慢性肾功能衰竭的血液透析护理情况进行分析.方法:选取2017年1月~2018年10月期间我院接收的糖尿病性慢性肾功能衰竭患者46例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组、观察组各23例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予综合护理干预,对比两组患者的护理效果.结果:对照组患者护理满意度为78.3%,观察组为95.6%,观察组的护理满意度明显优于对照组,差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对糖尿病性慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者进行护理,能够提高患者的满意度,促进患者治疗的顺利进行,因此值得在临床上推广应用.

Objective:To analyze the hemodialysis care of diabetic chronic renal failure. Methods:Forty-six patients with diabetic chronic renal failure received from our hospital from January 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group. The control group was given routine care. The observation group was based on this. Comprehensive nursing intervention was given to compare the nursing effects of the two groups of patients. Results:The nursing satisfaction of the control group was 78.3%, and that of the observation group was 95.6%. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Nursing of hemodialysis patients with diabetic chronic renal failure can improve patient satisfaction and promote the smooth progress of patients ^treatment. Therefore, it is worthy of clinical application.
