珍视固本液对白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术后的后发障观察

Studying the effects of Zhenshi Guben liquid on posterior capsular opacification after cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation

目的:探讨珍视固本液对白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术后的疗效及后发障影响。方法:将在我院行白内障手术的96例(96只眼)年龄相关性白内障患者随机分为中药治疗组和对照组,对照组术后进行常规抗感染以及对症支持治疗,中药治疗组术后在对照组基础上予珍视固本液口服。于术后1周观察疗效及分别于术后1个月、3个月、6个月观察后囊膜混浊情况。结果:术后1周经疗效评价,中药治疗组有效率为97.9%,对照组为87.5%,中药治疗组治疗有效率优于对照组。术后1个月,中药治疗组后囊膜混浊发生率低于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后3个月、6个月,中药治疗组后囊膜混浊的发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:珍视固本液能减少白内障超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术后炎症反应,提高疗效。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Zhenshi Guben liquid on posterior capsular opacification after cataract phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation. Methods:96 cases(96 eyes) of senile cataract patients who underwent cataract surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups: the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and the control group. The control group received routine anti-infection and symptomatic supportive treatment after operation. The traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was given Zhenshi Guben liquid after operation on the basis of the control group. The curative effect was observed one week after operation and posterior capsular opacity was observed one month, three months and six months after operation. Result:One week after operation, the effective rate of the Chinese medicine treatment group was 97.9%, and that of the control group was 87.5%. The effective rate of the Chinese medicine treatment group was better than that of the control group. 1 month after operation, the incidence of posterior capsular opacification in the TCM treatment group was lower than that in the control group, but there was no significant difference (P>0.05). The incidence of posterior capsular opacification in the TCM treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group 3 months and 6 months after operation,The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). This study was approved by the Medical Ethics Committee and informed consent was signed by all patients. Conclusion:Zhenshi Guben liquid can reduce the inflammatory reaction after phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation, improve the curative effect and the occurrence of post-cataract.
