双氯芬酸钠滴眼液联合奥洛他定滴眼液在治疗过敏性结膜炎中的应用价值探讨

Application value of diclofenac sodium eye drops combined with olopatadine eye drops in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis

目的:探讨双氯芬酸钠滴眼液联合奥洛他定滴眼液在过敏性结膜炎治疗中的应用价值。方法:抽取2018年2月~2019年2月106例在我院眼科进行治疗且自愿参与此项研究的过敏性结膜炎患者为被选取对象,采用随机数表法分为研究组(53例)与对照组(53例),研究组使用双氯芬酸钠滴眼液联合奥洛他定滴眼液进行治疗,对照组单一采用奥洛他定滴眼液治疗,比较两组治疗前后的症状体征评分。结果:两组治疗前后的症状体征评分和治疗效果数据经统计学软件验证发现,治疗前无显著差异,P>0.05;对照组治疗后的症状体征评分(7.64±1.13)高于研究组的(4.36±1.65),P<0.05。结论:在过敏性结膜炎临床治疗过程中联用双氯芬酸钠滴眼液和奥洛他定滴眼液,能够有效缓解临床症状,治疗效果显著,具有极高应用价值。

Objective: To investigate the application value of diclofenac sodium eye drops combined with olopatadine eye drops in the treatment of patients with allergic conjunctivitis. Methods: A total of 106 patients with allergic conjunctivitis who were treated in our department of ophthalmology and who volunteered to participate in the study were selected from February 20 to February 2019. For the convenience of the study, all the patients were selected by digital random table method. The subjects were divided into study group (53 cases) and control group (53 cases). The study group was treated with diclofenac sodium eye drops and olopatadine eye drops. The control group was treated with olopatadine alone. Eye drops were compared and the symptom scores of the two groups were compared before and after treatment. Results: The symptom scores and treatment effect data of the two groups before and after treatment were verified by statistical software. There was no difference in the symptom scores between the two groups before treatment, P>0.05;53 patients in the control group were treated after treatment. Symptoms and signs scores (7.64±1.13) were higher than the study group (4.36±1.65), P<0.05. Conclusion: In the clinical treatment of patients with allergic conjunctivitis, the combination of diclofenac sodium eye drops and olopatadine eye drops can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients, and the treatment effect is remarkable, which has extremely high application value.
