羊胎盘、善姆和胎羊抗疲劳、耐缺氧和改善微循环作用

Anti-Fatigue,Hypoxia Tolerance and Improving Microcirculation Effects of Goat Placenta,Shanmu and Goat Embryo in Mice

摘要 目的:研究羊胎盘、善姆和胎羊对小鼠抗疲劳、耐缺氧、微循环、脾脏质量系数、胸腺质量系数和体重的影响。方法:小鼠灌胃连续给予低(0.075g/kg/d)、中(0.3g/kg/d)、高(0.6g/kg/d)剂量羊胎盘、善姆和胎羊14d。末次给药后1h,称量小鼠的脾脏和胸腺质量,计算脾脏质量系数和胸腺质量系数。另通过负重游泳实验检测小鼠抗疲劳能力,常压耐缺氧实验考察小鼠的耐缺氧能力,激光多普勒血流仪的温控单元检测小鼠耳廓微循环血流灌注量变化的百分率。结果:羊胎盘、善姆和胎羊对体重、脾脏质量系数和胸腺质量系数无影响。与正常对照组比,三个受试物显著增加正常小鼠的游泳持续时间,耐缺氧时间和小鼠的血流灌注量变化百分率。善姆低、中剂量对游泳持续时间的延长显著高于相应剂量的羊胎盘。结论:三个受试物均可显著提高小鼠抗疲劳及耐缺氧能力,促进小鼠耳廓微循环和改善血管弹性。 Objective:To study effects of goat placenta, Shanmu and goat embryo on fatigue, hypoxia, microcirculation, spleen index, thymus index and body weight in mice. Methods:Low (0.075g/kg/d), medium (0.3g/kg/d) and high (0.6g/kg/d) dose of goat placenta, Shanmu and goat embryo were orally administered for 14 consecutive days, once daily. One hour after the final administration, spleen and thymus were weighed, spleen index and thymus index were then calculated. Exhaustive swimming test and atmospheric hypoxia test were employed to evaluate anti-fatigue and hypoxia tolerance effects. Furthermore, auricle blood perfusion was detected by the PERIMED laser Doppler flowmeter with a PROBE 457 Angled Small Thermostatic Laser Doppler Probe. Results:Goat placenta, Shanmu and goat embryo had no effects on weight, spleen index and thymus index. However, the three test articles significant prolonged swimming time, hypoxia survival time and blood perfusion in mice. At the low and medium dose, Shanmu exibited much more significant effects on swimming time than goat placenta. Conclusion:These test articles had effects of anti-fatigue, hypoxia tolerance, improving microcirculation and flexibility of blood vessels.
