Establishment and Application of the Platform in Hospital

目的:提高药师审方的工作效率及质量,建立审方中心平台,探讨审方中心平台在医院住院药房中的应用效果。方法:基于合理用药管理系统的系统规则和人工设置的自定义规则,药师使用审方中心平台审方时进行不同级别的警示,利用系统的知识库协助药师进行审方。结果:2018年10月~2019年3月审方中心平台4级及以上警示语提示8924次,药师人工审核医嘱数为163342组,利用系统的知识库大大提高药师审方的质量与效率,药师人工审方比例每月逐步升高,进一步把好用药安全关。结论:利用审方中心平台,住院医嘱实行全医嘱前置审核,可实现问题医嘱在线反馈给临床医生,助力药师提高审方质量与效率,提高医嘱的合格率,确保安全用药,提高医院的管理水平和医疗质量。

Objective:The center platform of prescription examination was established to improve the working efficiency and quality of pharmacist’s prescription examination, and to explore the application effect of the platform in hospital pharmacy.Methods:Based on the system rule and the custom rule of manual setting of the rational drug administration system, pharmacists use the platform of the prescription examination center to carry out different levels of warnings, and use the knowledge base of the system to assist pharmacists in the prescription examination. Results:From October 2018 to March 2019, the warning words at level 4 and above on the prescription examination center platform suggested 8924 times. The number of pharmacists' manual examination orders was 163,342 groups. The systematic knowledge base was used to greatly improve the quality and efficiency of pharmacists' prescription examination.Conclusion:By using the platform of prescription examination center, the pre-review of all inpatient orders can realize the online feedback of problem orders to clinicians, help pharmacists to improve the quality and efficiency of prescription examination, improve the qualified rate of doctor's orders, ensure the safe drug use of patients, and improve the management level and medical quality of the hospital.
