2012～2017年我院肿瘤科癌痛患者阿片类药物应用分析

Analysis of the Utilization of Opioids in Oncology Patients with Cancer Pain in our Hospital during 2012～2017

目的:分析2012~2017年我院肿瘤科癌痛患者阿片类药物的使用情况,评价药物使用的合理性,促进我院阿片类药物的规范使用。方法:采用限定日剂量法,统计我院2012~2017年肿瘤科癌痛患者使用阿片类药物的种类、使用金额、用药频度(DDDs)等,分析应用情况。结果:我院肿瘤科阿片类药物用量及销售金额呈逐年增长趋势,缓控释制剂是主要的治疗药物;吗啡即释片作为剂量滴定的药物,用量逐步增加;盐酸哌替啶注射液已不再使用。结论:我院肿瘤科阿片类药物的使用基本符合WHO三级阶梯止痛原则。

Objective: To analyze the utilization of opioids in oncology patients with cancer pain in our hospital during 2012 ~ 2017 and evaluate the rationality of drug use, in order to promote opioids specification. Methods: By the defined daily dose method, statistics the species, amount and frequency of drug use (DDDs) of opioids in oncology patients with cancer pain and analysis the application of opioids. Results: The dosage and amount of sales of opioids in oncology was increasing year by year. Sustained and controlled release preparations were the main therapeutic drugs. Morphine was released as drug dose titration, and consumption gradually increased. Pethidine hydrochloride injection was no longer in use. Conclusion: The use of opioids in our hospital is reasonable and accord with WHO three step analgesic ladder.
