41例住院病人中成药不良反应报告分析

Analysis report of adverse drug reaction for 41 inpatients

目的:分析讨论41例中成药不良反应报告,为中成药的合理使用提供参考。方法:收集某院2016~2018年住院病人使用中成药发生不良反应报告,统计性别和年龄、中成药剂型、中成药品种、不良反应所侵犯的器官或系统以及出现的主要临床表现并进行分析讨论。结果:2016~2018年某院住院病人使用中成药共有41份不良反应报告,男性17例,女性24例,发生不良反应的中成药共有13个品种,排名前10位的品种均为注射剂,共有37份,占90.24%(37/41),皮肤反应最多,占30.43%(21/69)。结论:应进一步加强住院病人中成药使用的安全性监测,不断提高中成药的合理使用水平。

Objective: To analyze and to discuss the adverse reaction reports of Chinese patent medicines for 41 inpatients, and providing reference for the rational medication. Methods: The adverse reactions of Chinese patent medicines used for inpatients from 2016 to 2018 were collected. The gender and age of the inpatients, the type of Chinese patent medicine, the organs or systems invaded by adverse reactions and the main clinical performance and other relevant information were collected in the statistical report forms with analysis and discussion. Results: From 2016 to 2018, there were 41 reports of adverse reactions in the use of Chinese patent medicines, 17 males and 24 females, and 13 varieties of Chinese patent medicines with adverse reactions. The top 10 varieties were injections, with 37 cases of adverse reactions, accounting for 90.24% of the total number of reports (37/41), and the most cases were skin reactions, accounting for 30.43% totally (21/69). Conclusion: Further strengthening the safety monitoring of the use of Chinese patent medicines, and continuously improves the reasonable use level of Chinese patent medicines for inpatients.
