药剂师对临床不合理用药的干预效果分析

Analysis on the effect of pharmacists’s intervention about unreasonable drug use

目的:分析静脉用药配送中心对临床不合理用药的干预效果,为临床用药安全提供参考。方法:对我院2017年1月~2018年12月静脉用药配送中心的不合理医嘱收集的同时进行干预,结果行统计学分析。结果:通过药师对临床不合理用药的有效干预,医嘱差错发生率各季度逐渐下降,分别为0.285%、0.151%、0.013%、0.011%,有显著差异。统计显示:医嘱差错集中于溶媒类型及溶媒用量不当,以及给药的途径、次数和剂量。结论:药师通过有效干预不合理用药医嘱,能够显著降低差错发生率,保证临床用药的安全、合理。

Objective : To study the effection of the intervention about unrensonable drug use ,and provide reference for patients.Methods:Datas about unreasonable drug use were colleted in our department form January 2017 to December 2018.Meanwhile,interventions were given by pharmacists. Results : The rates of unseasonable drug use were respectively 0.24%、 0.18%、0.10%、0.08%,form the first season to the fourth season.The incidence of unreasonable drug use decreased significantly (P<0.01).The irrational drug uses were mainly founded in the amount of solvent and the types of solvent.Sencondly the improper route of administration,drug incompatibility,on the other hand improper dosage ,improper medical frequency were founded secondly.Conclusion:Pharmcists’s interventions about the unreasonable drug use can decrease the incidence.It is very important for doctors to promote reasonable and safe of clinic drug use.
