摘要
明确国家级水土流失防治重点,实施分区防治战略,分类指导,可以有效地预防和治理水土流失,促进经济社会的可持续发展。依据本溪市自然、经济等概况,对水土流失重点防治片区划分进行研究。经分析,本溪市水土流失重点防治片区划分为"3预防""3治理"六个重点片区,并提出每个片区的水土流失防治方向及重点,为明确本溪市水土保持的重点发展方向提供参考依据。
To clarify the key points of national-level soil erosion prevention and control, the article carries out the regional prevention and control strategies, classifies and guides, which can effectively prevent and control soil erosion and promote sustainable economic and social development. According to the natural and economic profiles in Benxi, it studies on the division of key areas of soil erosion prevention and control. After analysis, the key prevention and control area are divided into six key areas of"3 prevention"and"3 governance", and the prevention and control direction and focus of soil erosion in each area are proposed to provide clear key development directions for soil and water conservation in Benxi.
