糖化血红蛋白与空腹血糖在糖尿病检测中的临床意义研究

Clinical significance of glycosylated hemoglobin in the detection of diabetes mellitus

目的:探讨糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)在糖尿病检测中的临床意义。方法:选取收治的100例糖尿病患者(观察组)和同期100例门诊健康体检者(对照组)。两组分别采用葡萄糖氧化酶法检测空腹血糖,高压液相亲和层析的原理对糖化血红蛋白进行检测,并对检测结果进行相应分析和对比。结果:观察组的空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中发生糖尿病视网膜病变患者的空腹血糖值及糖化血红蛋白值均明显高于未发生糖尿病视网膜病变的患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖化血红蛋白是监测糖尿病患者血糖水平的良好指标、且对早期并发症的发生、发展、转归有评估作用,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To explore the clinical significance of glycosylated hemoglobin in the detection of diabetes mellitus.Method 100 diabetic patients(observation group) and 100 outpatients(control group) were selected.Glucose oxidase method was used to detect fasting blood glucose and immune transmission turbidimetry was used to detect glycosylated hemoglobin(HbA1 c) in the two groups,and the results were analyzed and compared.Results The level of Fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The fasting blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the patients with diabetic retinopathy were significantly higher than those in the patients without diabetic retinopathy(P<0.05).Conclusion The detection of glycosylated hemoglobin is helpful to the diagnosis of diabetes mellitus and can evaluate the occurrence and development of complications and has positive clinical significance.
