气管切开术后使用美皮康敷料对颈部皮肤医疗器械相关性压力性损伤的防治作用

Prevention effect of using Mepilex after tracheotomy on the neck skin related medical pressure injury

目的:探讨气管切开术后使用美皮康敷料对颈部皮肤医疗器械相关性压力性损伤的防治作用。方法:选取103例行气管切开术患者的资料,将其按照随机表法分为研究组52例和对照组51例,比较两组颈部皮损发生情况、换药次数、首次换药时疼痛评分及临床预防效果。结果:研究组皮损发生率1.9%,预防有效率为94.2%,对照组皮损发生率15.7%,预防有效率94.2%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组换药次数、首次换药时疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:气管切开术后使用美皮康敷料,可预防颈部皮肤医疗器械相关性压力性损伤,减轻换药时疼痛程度。

Objective To discuss prevention effect of the use of Mepilex after tracheotomy on the neck skin related medical pressure injury.Method The data of 103 patients undergoing tracheotomy in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to random table method:52 cases in study group and 51 cases in control group.The occurrence of cervical skin lesions and the times of dressing change were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence rate of skin lesion in study group was 1.9%,the effective rate of prevention was 94.2%.The incidence rate of skin lesion in control group was 15.7%.the effective rate of prevention was 94.2%.the comparison had statistical significance(P<0.05),and the times of dressing change in study group were significant(P<0.05).The scores of pain in the first dressing change were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of Mepikang dressing after tracheotomy can prevent the pressure injury associated with medical instruments of cervical skin and alleviate the pain degree during dressing change.
