焊接热循环对低合金钢组织及性能的影响 被引量:9

Effect of Welding Thermal Cycle on the Microstructure and Properties of Low Alloy Steel

摘要 采用Gleeble热模拟试验机模拟了SA508Gr. 3Cl. 2低合金钢的焊接热循环过程,利用光镜、扫描电镜以及冲击试验机研究了热循环后材料的组织、冲击韧性的变化。结果表明,多次1 100℃高温热循环,显著增加了SA508Gr. 3Cl. 2低合金钢的晶粒尺寸、降低材料的冲击韧性;此外,焊后热处理可有效提高材料的冲击韧性。 The welding thermal cycle of SA508 Gr. 3 Cl. 2 low alloy steel was simulated by Gleeble heat thermal-mechanical simulator and the microstructure and impact toughness change of the material after thermal cycle were studied by optical microscope( OM),scanning electron microscope( SEM) and impact tester. The results show that the grain size SA508 Gr. 3 Cl. 2 low alloy steel was increased and its impact toughness was reduced significantly after multiple thermal cycles at 1 100 ℃ high temperature. In addition,the postweld heat treatment could effectively improve the impact toughness of the material.
