摘要
目的:研究自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法:选取某院收治的翼状胬肉患者106例作为研究对象,按照随机数字分为观察组和对照组,每组53例,对照组给予切除术治疗,观察组在同对照组治疗的基础上联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植术治疗。治疗后,对两组患者的治疗有效率、手术后复发率、术后并发症发生率进行比较。结果:观察组患者治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;观察组患者手术后复发率,明显低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;观察组术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;观察组患者角膜上皮修复和拆线时间明显比对照组短,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:自体角膜缘干细胞移植术用于治疗翼状胬肉疗效确切,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of autologous limbic stem cell transplantation in the treatment of pterygium. Methods: 106 cases of patients with pterygium treated in a hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 53 cases in each group. The control group was treated with excision, and the observation group was treated with limbic stem cell transplantation on the basis of the control group. After treatment, the efficacy of treatment, the recurrence rate after surgery, and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P <0.05). The difference was statistically significant. The recurrence rate after surgery in the observation group was zero, which was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P <0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P <0.05), and the difference was statistically significant. The time of repair and removal of corneal epithelium in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group ( P <0.05). The difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Autologous limbic stem cell transplantation is effective in the treatment of pterygium, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
