分析产前超声心动图在胎儿右室双出口诊断与鉴别诊断中的应用价值

Application Value of Prenatal Echocardiography in theDifferential Diagnosis of Fetal Double Outlet Right Ventricle

目的:探讨产前超声心动图在诊断与鉴别诊断胎儿右室双出口中应用价值。方法:对某院2014年4月~2018年4月期间收治的50例经超声心动图检查发现DORV的胎儿进行超声心动图检查并对比分析产后超声心动图。结果:对50例胎儿产前产后右室双出口行超声心动图检查,超声心动图呈现患者均出现伴室间隔缺损,引产后尸解发现及产后患儿超声心动图检查误诊为法洛氏四联症和完全性大动脉转位各1例。结论:产前超声心动图检查可早期发现胎儿右室双出口等发育异常,为妊娠期监护及临床决策提供重要的参考依据。

Objective: To explore the value of prenatal echocardiography in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of fetal double outlet right ventricle. Methods: Echocardiography was performed on 50 fetuses with DORV detected by echocardiography in a hospital from April 2014 to April 2018, and the postnatal echocardiograms were compared and analyzed. Results: Echocardiography was performed on 50 fetuses with DORV before and after delivery. Echocardiography showed that all the patients had ventricular septal defects. There were 1 case of TOF and 1 case of DTGA through autopsy after labor induction and echocardiography misdiagnosis. Conclusion: Prenatal echocardiography can achieve the early detection of fetal DORV and other developmental abnormalities and provide important reference for gestational monitoring and clinical decision making.
