Vitapex糊剂根管消毒治疗乳牙根尖周炎的临床疗效探讨

Clinical Effect of Root Canal Disinfection with Vitapex Paste in the Treatment of Periapical Periodontitis of Deciduous Teeth

目的:探讨Vitapex糊剂根管消毒治疗乳牙根尖周炎的临床疗效。方法:选择乳牙根尖周炎患儿125例作为对象,共有患牙140颗,根据治疗中所使用的充填材料不同,将其分为观察组与对照组,分别为63例和62例,各70颗患牙。观察组用Vitapex糊剂作为充填材料,对照组用樟脑酚棉球作为充填材料,观察两组的治疗效果、疼痛消失时间以及治疗后3d内的疼痛消失率。结果:相比于对照组,观察组的治疗有效率更高、疼痛消失时间更短、治疗后3d内的疼痛消失率更高,组间差异都十分显著(P<0.05)。结论:Vitapex糊剂根管消毒治疗乳牙根尖周炎具有较好的临床治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Vitapex paste root canal disinfection in the treatment of periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth. Methods: A total of 125 children(140 teeth) with periapical periodontitis of deciduous teeth were selected as subjects. According to the filling materials used in the treatment, all patients were divided into observation group(63 cases) and control group(62 cases), respectively, with 70 teeth in each group. The Vitapex paste was used as the filling material in the observation group and camphor cotton ball was used as the filling material in the control group.The effect of treatment, the time of pain disappearance and the rate of pain disappearance within 3 days after treatment were observed in the two groups.Results: Compared with the control group, the treatment group was more effective, the pain disappeared shorter, and the pain disappearance rate was higher within 3 days after treatment. The difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Vitapex paste root canal disinfection has a good clinical effect in the treatment of deciduous periodontitis of deciduous teeth, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
