早期微量喂养联合非营养性吸吮治疗早产儿喂养不耐受效果观察

Effect of EarlyMinimal Feeding Combined with Non-Nutritional Sucking on Premature Infants with Feeding Intolerance

目的:观察早期微量喂养联合非营养性吸吮治疗早产儿喂养不耐受效果。方法:随机选择某院新生儿科自2017年1月~2018年2月收治的早产儿92例,采用随机信封法将其分为对照组和实验组,每组46例。对照组应用早期微量喂养,实验组应用早期微量喂养联合非营养性吸吮治疗,分析两组并发症发生率临床症状消失时间、喂养情况及生长情况、喂养不耐受情况。结果:并发症发生率临床症状消失时间、喂养不耐受对比显示实验组高于对照组(P<0.05);喂养情况及生长情况对比显示实验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:早期微量喂养联合非营养性吸吮治疗早产儿喂养不耐受,既可改善临床症状、喂养情况及生长情况,又可减少喂养不耐受率、并发症发生率,临床应用价值较高,值得推广。

Objective: To observe the effect of early minimal feeding combined with non-nutritional sucking on premature infants with feeding intolerance. Methods: 92 premature infants admitted to the department of neonatology from January 2017 to February 2018 in a certain hospital were randomly selected and divided into control group ( n =46) and experimental group ( n =46) by random envelope method. The control group used early trace feeding, the experimental group applied early minimal feeding combined with non-nutritional sucking treatment. The time of clinical symptom disappearance, feeding condition, growth condition and feeding intolerance between the two groups were analyzed. Results: The clinical symptom disappearance time and feeding intolerance of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group ( P <0.05). The comparison of feeding and growth showed that the experimental group was better than the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: early minimal feeding combined with non-nutritional sucking on premature infants with feeding intolerance can not only improve clinical symptoms, feeding conditions and growth conditions, but also reduce feeding intolerance rate and incidence of complications. Therefore, it has high clinical application value and is worth promoting.
