腹腔镜胆囊切除术对急性胆囊炎患者术后胃肠功能恢复及生活质量的影响

Effect of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy on the Recovery of Gastrointestinal Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Acute Cholecystitis

目的:探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术对急性胆囊炎(AC)患者术后胃肠功能恢复及生活质量的影响。方法:选取某院收治的AC患者98例,依照术式不同分为观察组和对照组(n=49),观察组行腹腔镜胆囊切除术,对照组行开腹胆囊切除术,对比两组术后胃肠道功能恢复情况及手术前后两组生活质量。结果:观察组术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、排便时间、进食时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1个月,观察组SF-36评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗AC,可加速患者术后胃肠功能恢复,改善其生活质量。

Objective: To investigate the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) on the recovery of gastrointestinal function and quality of life in patients with acute cholecystitis (AC). Methods: 98 cases of AC in a hospital were selected and divided into observation group and control group ( n =49) according to operative method. The observation group received laparoscopic cholecystectomy and the control group received open cholecystectomy. Postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery and life quality before and after operation were compared between the two groups. Results: The recovery time of postoperative bowel sound, anal exhaust time, defecation time and feeding time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences ( P <0.05);1 months after surgery, the SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant ( P <.05). Conclusion: Laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of AC can accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function and improve the quality of life.
