干扰素联合更昔洛韦治疗儿童带状疱疹疗效及安全性研究

Efficacy and Safety of Interferon Combined with Ganciclovir in the Treatment of Children with Herpes Zoster

目的:探讨干扰素联合更昔洛韦治疗儿童带状疱疹的临床效果。方法:将2016年1月~2018年1月接受治疗的70例儿童带状疱疹患儿资料进行研究,根据不同治疗方法将患儿分为观察组和对照组,每组35例。观察组采用干扰素、更昔洛韦联合治疗,对照组单用更昔洛韦治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:资料统计显示,观察组治疗有效率为94.29%(33/35),对照组治疗有效率为80.00%(28/35),两数据组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后炎性因子IL-6、IL-10均优于对照组,各项数据组间比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访3个月提示,观察组患儿后遗神经痛42.86%(15/35),对照组后遗神经痛51.43%(18/35),两数据组间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后VAS评分(3.9±1.0)分,对照组VAS评分(5.5±1.4)分,两数据比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:干扰素联合更昔洛韦治疗儿童带状疱疹安全有效,值得在临床中借鉴。

Objective: To explore the clinical effect of interferon combined with ganciclovir in the treatment of children with herpes zoster. Methods: The data of 70 children with herpes zoster treated in a hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were studied. According to the different treatment methods, the children were divided into observation group and control group, with 35 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with interferon and ganciclovir, and the control group was treated with ciclovir alone. The treatment effect of the two groups was compared. Results: The effective rate was 94.29%(33/35) in the observation group and 80.00%(28/35) in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P <0.05). The inflammatory factors IL-6 and IL-10 in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant ( P <0.05). After three months of following-up, the postherpetic neuralgia was 42.86%(15/35) in the observation group and 51.43%(18/35) in the control group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups ( P >0.05). After treatment, the VAS score in the observation group was (3.9±1.0), and the VAS score in the control group was (5.5±1.4). There was a significant difference between the two data ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Interferon combined with ganciclovir is safe and effective in the treatment of herpes zoster in children, and is worthy of reference in clinical practice.
