硫酸锌口服液联合儿宝颗粒治疗小儿消化不良临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Infantile Dyspepsia with Zinc Sulfate Oral Liquid Combined with Erbao Granule

目的:研究分析硫酸锌口服液联合儿宝颗粒治疗小儿消化不良的临床疗效。方法:随机选取某院就诊的小儿消化不良患儿112例,随机均分为观察组和对照组,每组各56例。对照组患儿仅给予儿宝颗粒治疗,观察组患儿给予硫酸锌口服液联合儿宝颗粒治疗,对比两组患儿的临床疗效与不良反应。结果:观察组患儿的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患儿的食欲食量评分、症状评分对比差异不显著,均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患儿的的食欲食量评分、症状评分显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组患儿的的食欲食量评分、症状评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿的不良反应对比差异不显著,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:硫酸锌口服液联合儿宝颗粒治疗小儿消化不良,能够显著提高患儿的食欲食量,缓解临床症状,且临床疗效显著,无不良反应,安全可靠,值得在临床上推广使用。

Objective: To study the clinical curative effect of zinc sulfate oral liquid combined with Erbao granule on children with dyspepsia. Methods: 112 children with dyspepsia were selected and randomly divided into observation group ( n =56) and control group ( n =56). The children in the control group were only treated with Erbao granule, while the children in the observation group were treated with zinc sulfate oral liquid combined with Erbao granule. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group ( P <0.05). Before treatment, the appetite appetite score and the symptom score of the two groups had no significant difference,with no statistical significance ( P >0.05).After treatment, the scores of appetite and symptoms in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment ( P <0.05). The scores of appetite and symptoms in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups,with no statistical significance ( P >0.05). Conclusion: Zinc sulfate oral liquid combined with Erbao granule in the treatment of children with dyspepsia can significantly increase the amount of appetite and alleviate the clinical symptoms, the clinical curative effect is obvious, and there is no adverse reaction, which is safe and reliable. It is worthy to be popularized in clinical practice.
