半夏白术天麻汤加泽泻治疗眩晕的临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Chinese Herbal Medicine Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and Zexie Decoction in the Treatment of Patients with Vertigo

目的:探究眩晕症患者行中药半夏白术天麻汤加泽泻治疗的临床效果。方法:择取某院于2016年3月~2018年10月期间收治的67例眩晕症患者为研究对象,根据患者治疗方法的差异性分为两组,对照组32例行西医治疗,观察组35例行中西医结合治疗,对比两组患者中医症状积分、SF-36生活质量评分、临床疗效和不良反应。结果:观察组中医症状积分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05),组间不良反应发生率无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:中药半夏白术天麻汤联合泽泻对眩晕症具有良好的效果,值得推广。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese herbal medicine Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction and Zexie decoction in the treatment of patients with vertigo. Methods: 67 patients with vertigo admitted to a hospital from March 2016 to October 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into two groups according to the differences of treatment methods, including 32 patients in the control group received western medicine treatment, and 35 patients in the observation group were treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine. The TCM symptom scores, SF-36 quality of life scores, clinical efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results: The scores of TCM symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group ( P <0.05). The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions between the groups was not statistically significant ( P >0.05). Conclusion: Chinese herbal medicine Banxia Baizhu Tianma decoction combined with Zexie decoction has a good effect on vertigo and is worthy of promotion.
