优质护理在子宫疤痕部位妊娠护理的临床应用效果及疼痛评分影响分析

Analysis of Clinical Application Effects and Pain Scores of High-Quality Nursing in Uterine Scar Pregnancy Nursing

目的:探究子宫疤痕部位妊娠护理的临床应用效果及疼痛评分影响。方法:选取2016年12月~2017年12月收治的88例子宫疤痕部位妊娠患者临床资料进行分析,将其依据护理方案不同分为对照组(44例)与研究组(44例),前者行常规护理,后者行优质护理,比较两组心理状态、疼痛及满意度评分。结果:干预后,研究组SAS(39.41±2.23)分、SDS(40.16±2.18)分均低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组干预后VAS评分为(2.16±0.74)分,较对照组显著低(P<0.05);研究组干预后护理态度(4.18±0.34)分等护理满意度指标评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:子宫疤痕部位妊娠患者经优质护理可改善心理状态,减轻疼痛,促进满意度提升,可推广。

Objective: To explore the clinical application effects and pain scores of high-quality nursing in uterine scar pregnancy nursing. Methods: The clinical data of 88 pregnant patients with uterine scar from December 2016 to December 2017 were analyzed and divided into control group (44 cases) and study group (44 cases) according to different nursing plans. The former received routine nursing, and the latter was given high-quality care, then the mental state, pain and satisfaction scores were compared between the two groups. Results: After intervention, the scores of SAS (39.41±2.23) and SDS (40.16±2.18) in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P <0.05). The VAS score after intervention in the study group (2.16±0.74) was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P <0.05). The scores of nursing satisfaction indexes in the study group (4.18±0.34) after intervention were higher than those in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: High-quality nursing care can improve the psychological status of pregnancy patients with uterine scar and relieve pain, promote satisfaction, which can be popularized.
