个性化护理对手术室非全身麻醉患者负性情绪及舒适度的影响研究

Effectof Personalized Nursing on Negative Emotion and Comfort of Patients with Non-general Anesthesia in Operating Room

目的:研究个性化护理对手术室非全身麻醉患者负性情绪及舒适度的影响。方法:在2016年3月~2017年6月选取某院手术室非全身麻醉患者90例,分为对照组与观察组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予个性化护理,观察患者焦虑抑郁评分、舒适度评分及生活质量评分。结果:观察组患者SAS评分及SDS评分比对照组低,GCQ评分及生活质量评分比对照组高,P<0.05。结论:给予手术室非全身麻醉患者个性化护理,能缓解患者负性情绪,提高患者舒适度及生活质量,值得借鉴。

Objective: To study the effect of personalized nursing care on the negative emotion and comfort of patients with non-general anesthesia in operating room. Methods: 90 cases of non-general anesthesia patients in the operating room of a hospital from March 2016 to June 2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group. The control group was given routine nursing. The observation group was given personalized nursing. The scores of anxiety and depression, comfort and quality of life were observed. Results: SAS score and SDS score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. GCQ score and quality of life score were higher in the observation group than those in the control group ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion: Personalized nursing for patients with non-general anesthesia in the operating room can relieve the negative emotions of patients, improve the comfort level and quality of life of patients, which is worthy of reference.
