摘要 目的:探究无创式动脉硬化检测仪对动脉硬化的评估效果。方法:以2016年6月~2017年6月在某院体检中心进行健康体检的1213例体检者作为研究对象,采用全自动动脉硬化检测仪对受检者进行检测,对踝-肱脉搏波速度(ba PWV)和上臂血压和脚踝血压比值(ABI)值两项指标进行检测,此外对相关生化指标进行检测。根据ba PWV和ABI值的正常和异常进行分组,并且对生化指标进行差异进行评价,同时探讨其在心血管患者治疗和护理工作中的价值。结果:全自动动脉硬化检测仪输出的ba PWV结果正常组的患者的所有生化指标均要显著地优于ba PWV结果输出异常组,且均存在统计学差异(P<0.05);ABI结果正常组的患者所有生化指标均要显著地优于ba PWV结果输出异常组,且均存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:无创式的动脉硬化分析系统能够准确、快速地评价动脉硬化的程度,能够适合人群的普查工作。 Objective: To explore the evaluation effect of noninvasive arteriosclerosis detector on arteriosclerosis. Methods: A total of 1213 patients who underwent physical examination in the physical examination center of a hospital from June 2016 to June 2017 were taken as research objects. Automatic arteriosclerosis detector was used to test the subjects, the ankle brachial pulse wave velocity (ba PWV) and the ratio of upper arm blood pressure to ankle blood pressure (ABI) were measured. In addition, the related biochemical indexes were detected. The normal and abnormal values of ba PWV and ABI were grouped, and the differences in biochemical indexes were evaluated. At the same time, explore the value in the treatment and nursing of cardiovascular patients. Results: All biochemical indexes of patients in the automatic arteriosclerosis detector with ba PWV output were significantly better than those in the ba PWV output abnormal group, and there were statistical differences ( P <0.05);Patients in ABI group with all normal biochemical indicators results were significantly better than the abnormal ba PWV output group, and there were statistically significant differences ( P <0.05). Conclusion: Noninvasive arteriosclerosis analysis system can quickly and accurately evaluate the degree of arteriosclerosis, which is suitable for population census.
