健康管理对提高艾滋病患者服药依从性及降低失访率的效果分析

Effect of Health Management on Improving Compliance of Drug Administration and Decreasing the Rate of Failure to Follow-up in AIDS Patients

目的:探讨健康管理对提高艾滋病患者服药依从性及降低失访率的效果分析。方法:选取2015年1月~2018年1月间来某院就诊的艾滋病患者50例作为实验主体,用随机数字表法将全部患者均分为实验组与对照组,每组患者25例,对照组患者采用常规管理,实验组患者在对照组患者管理基础上加用健康管理,对比分析两组患者服用药物依从性评分以及患者出院后失访率。结果:实验组患者的治疗依从性评分显著高于对照组,依从性评分差异性显著,有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组患者的失访率显著低于对照组,失访率比较具有差异性,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过健康管理,能够使艾滋病患者的服药依从性得到提高,同时,能够有效降低患者失访率,对控制患者病情的稳定发展有着重要意义。

Objective: To explore the effect of health management on improving the compliance of AIDS patients with drug administration and reducing the rate of loss of follow-up. Methods: 50 patients with HIV/AIDS treated in a hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 in a hospital were selected as the experimental subject and divided into experimental group and control group by using the random number table method,with 25 cases in each group.The control group were treated with routine management. The patients in the experimental group were treated with health management on the basis of the management of the patients in the control group.The scores of drug compliance and missed follow-up rate after discharge were compared between the two groups. Results: The therapeutic compliance score of the patients in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference in the compliance score was statistically significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion: The rate of missed follow-up in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and there was significant difference between the two groups ( P <0.05).
