摘要
采用掺加一定量硅灰的方法,展开了对未陈化钢渣应用到水泥稳定碎石基层的研究。研究结果表明:在未陈化钢渣中掺入0.5%硅灰后代替40%碎石应用到基层,压实度超过97%,7d无侧限抗压强度大于4MPa,回弹弯沉满足施工图设计要求。若只考虑原材料成本,该方法每公里能节省约9万元,并消纳约6 839t钢渣。
The application of unaged steel slag to cement stabilized macadam base was studied by adding a certain amount of silica fume.The result shows that after replacing 40% crushed stone with steel slag and adding 0.5% silica fume,the degree of compaction at the base is higher than 97%,the unconfined compression strength for seven days is more than 4 MPa,and the rebound deflection meets design requirements.Considering only the cost of raw materials,this method can save about 90 000 yuan per kilometre and consume about 6 839 tons of steel slag.
