摘要
针对集装箱在码头堆存时存在的箱位分配问题,在研究了原有多场桥同时作业方案的基础上,提出了多场桥分区域动态平衡策划方案,弥补了原方案中因保证场桥间的安全距离而带来的缺陷。以合理利用堆存空间,提高场桥作业效率为目标,建立数学模型,结合遗传算法对所提方案进行验证。结果表明,分区域动态平衡策划方案能有效减少场桥的无效作业时间,提高场桥的工作效率,并能充分地利用堆场贝位,更好地利用堆场空间。
For the problem of container allocation stored in container yard, this paper developed a dynamic sub-region balance planning scheme of multiple yard cranes based on the original multiple yard sub- regional balanced strategy scheme, which made up the shortcomings of the original scheme because of the consideration of the safe distance without the effective utilization of the relevant space. With the goal of using storage space rationally, and improving working efficiency of yard cranes, this paper established a mathematical model, and it used genetic algorithm to verify the proposed program. The results show that the sub regional dynamic balance planning scheme can effectively reduce the ineffective working time of the yard cranes and improve the work efficiency . In addition, it can make full use of the yard belt and make better use of yard space.
