摘要
针对节点重要性受多个因素的影响,将多属性决策理论中的VIKOR方法拓展应用到复杂网络的关键节点识别。基于AHP和TOPSIS方法,从主客观两个维度综合考虑评价指标的权重,给出一个优化的组合赋权策略,进而提出网络节点重要性评价的组合赋权VIKOR (combination weighting VIKOR,CW-VIKOR)方法。在四个不同类型的实际网络中进行了仿真实验,结果表明,CW-VIKOR方法可以有效识别网络中的重要节点,在节点传播影响力和网络效率上均表现出更好的性能。
The importance of nodes was determined by multiple factors.This paper extended the VIKOR method in multi-criteria decision theory to the process of node importance evaluation.Based on the AHP method and TOPSIS method,it comprehensively considered the weights of the evaluation indicators from both the subjective and the objective dimensions,and gave an optimized combination weighting strategy.Then this paper proposed the combination weighting VIKOR (CW- VIKOR) method.It carried out simulation experiments in four different types of real networks.The results show that the CW-VIKOR method can effectively identify important nodes in the network and has better performance in terms of node influence ability and network efficiency.
