腹腔镜对脑室腹腔分流术后并发症的影响

Effect of laparoscopic surgery on complications after ventriculo-peritoneal shunt

目的:比较腹腔镜辅助下脑室腹腔分流术和传统脑室腹腔分流术对脑积水术后并发症的影响。方法:收治因各种原因所致脑积水患者62例,分为腹腔镜组36例和传统手术组26例,统计分析两组患者的术后并发症情况。结果:传统手术组发生分流管阻塞1例,腹部伤口愈合不良1例,颅内感染2例,腹腔脏器损伤1例。腹腔镜组发生颅内感染1例,没有发生分流管阻塞、腹部伤口愈合不良、腹腔脏器损伤等情况,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:相对于传统脑室腹腔分流术,腹腔镜辅助下脑室腹腔分流术治疗脑积水术后并发症少,术后恢复快。

Objective:To compare the effects of laparoscopically assisted ventriculo-peritoneal shunt and traditional ventriculo- peritoneal shunt on postoperative complications of hydrocephalus.Methods:62 patients with hydrocephalus caused by various reasons were selected,they were divided into the laparoscopic group with 36 cases and the traditional surgery group with 26 cases. The postoperative complications of the two groups were analyzed.Results:In the conventional operation group,there were 1 case of shunt tube obstruction,1 case of poor abdominal wound healing,2 cases of intracranial infection,1 case of abdominal organ injury.1 case of intracranial infection occurred in the laparoscopic operation group,there were no shunt tube obstruction,abdominal wound healing,abdominal organ injury and so on occurred,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Compared with traditional ventriculo-peritoneal shunt,laparoscopically assisted ventriculo-peritoneal shunt in the treatment of hydrocephalus has fewer complications and quick recovery after operation.
