脉通散外敷联合低分子肝素钙治疗老年恶性肿瘤下肢血栓的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of external application of maitong powder and low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of lower extremity thrombosis in elderly patients with malignant tumor

目的:分析脉通散外敷与低分子肝素钙进行联合治疗老年恶性肿瘤下肢血栓的临床疗效。方法:收治老年恶性肿瘤下肢血栓患者80例,按随机方法分为两组各40例。通过低分子肝素钙治疗的患者为对照组,通过脉通散外敷与低分子肝素钙联合治疗的为观察组,对两组患者的临床治疗总有效率进行比较。结果:观察组治疗总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:老年恶性肿瘤下肢血栓患者利用脉通散外敷与低分子肝素钙联合治疗,治疗效果显著,值得临床推广。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of external application of maitong powder and low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of lower extremity thrombosis in elderly patients with malignant tumor.Methods:80 lower extremity thrombosis in elderly patients with malignant tumor were selected,according to the randomization method,they were divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium,while the observation group was treated with maitong powder external application combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium.The total effective rate of clinical treatment between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The total effective rate of external application of maitong powder and low molecular weight heparin calcium in the treatment of lower extremity thrombosis in elderly patients with malignant tumor is excellent.
