小儿呼吸衰竭人工机械通气的护理方法及效果

Nursing methods and effects of artificial mechanical ventilation in children with respiratory failure

目的:评价小儿呼吸衰竭经人工机械通气的护理效果。方法:收治呼吸衰竭患儿106例,按照入院奇偶号分为两组各53例。A组实施人工机械通气护理,B组实施常规护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果:A组护理总有效率和护理满意度优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:呼吸衰竭患儿护理中,实行人工机械通气护理干预,可达到较好的临床效果,并能获得患儿家长的满意。

Objective:To evaluate the nursing effect of artificial mechanical ventilation in children with respiratory failure. Methods:106 children with respiratory failure were selected,according to the odd and even number of admission,the patients were divided into the two groups with 53 cases in each group.The group A received mechanical ventilation and the group B received routine nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of nursing and nursing satisfaction of the group A were better than the group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the nursing of children with respiratory failure, he nursing intervention of artificial mechanical ventilation can achieve better clinical effect and obtain the satisfaction of the parents of the children.
