腹腔镜胆囊切除日间手术标准化护理管理的有效性研究

Study on the effectiveness of standardized nursing management for laparoscopic cholecystectomy in day surgery

目的:探讨日间手术护理在腹腔镜下胆囊切除的效果。方法:收治腹腔镜手术治疗的结石性胆囊炎患者60例为观察组,成立责任护理组,为患者提供标准的围手术期护理措施。另对同一阶段纳入的结石性胆囊炎患者60例为对照组,仅给予传统的护理干预。对比两组护理效果、术后恢复情况以及住院期间不良事件发生率。结果:观察组护理质量及护理满意度优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组平均住院时间、完成手术和出院流程所需时间优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对腹腔镜下胆囊切除的日间手术患者给予标准化护理管理,可有效提高护理质量和护理满意度,降低术后并发症发生和促进术后恢复,改善手术的临床结局。

Objective:To explore the effect of day surgical care in laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:60 patients with calculous cholecystitis treated by laparoscopic surgery were treated as observation group.Responsible nursing group was established to provide standard perioperative nursing measures for patients.Another 60 patients with calculous cholecystitis included in the same stage were selected as the control group,only traditional nursing intervention was given.The nursing quality, nursing satisfaction and adverse events during hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results:The nursing quality and satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P< 0.05).The average hospitalization time and the time needed to complete the operation and discharge process in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardized nursing management for patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy during daytime surgery can effectively improve nursing quality and nursing satisfaction,reduce postoperative complications and promote postoperative recovery,and improve the clinical outcome of surgery.
