单襻悬吊术植入折叠式人工晶体在白内障手术中的应用研究

Study on the application of foldable intraocular lens(IOL)implantation by single-loop suspension in cataract surgery

目的:探究单襻悬吊术植入折叠式人工晶体在白内障手术中的应用。方法:收治白内障患者14617例,对其中16例(16眼)在手术中植入人工晶体时对人工晶体采用单襻悬吊术固定。上述病例均为Ⅰ期人工晶体植入,且均植入折叠式人工晶体。植入晶体均置于睫状沟,并将其中1例人工晶体襻悬吊缝合固定于球壁。观察该手术方式术后疗效和并发症。结果:术后患者最佳矫正视力为1.2,最低为0.25。视力≥0.5的13例(81.25%),视力低于0.5的3例(18.75%)。人工晶体位置居中16例(100%),没有出现人工晶体脱位于玻璃体腔或人工晶状体嵌顿于瞳孔等情况。结论:人工晶体单襻悬吊术是白内障手术中可采用的一项有价值技术,在合适情况下值得临床运用。

Objective:To investigate the application of foldable intraocular lens(IOL)implantation by single-loop suspension in cataract surgeryth IOL implantation by single-loop suspension.All of the above cases were stage Ⅰ IOL implantati.Methods:14617 cataract patients were selected,16 patients(16 eyes) were treated wion,and all of the IOL were foldable IOL.The IOL were placed in the ciliary sulcus,and one of the IOL loops was sutured and fixed on the wall of the eye.The postoperative efficacy and complications were observed.Results:The best corrected visual acuity was 1.2,and the lowest was 0.25.The visual acuity was equal to or higher than 0.5 in 13 cases(81.25%),and the visual acuity was lower than 0.5 in 3 cases(18.75%).The IOL was centered in 16 cases(100%),and there was no IOL detachment in the vitreous cavity or incarceration in the pupil.Conclusion:IOL implantation with single loop suspension is a valuable technique for cataract surgery,and is worthy of clinical application under appropriate condition.
