独寄花骨灵熏洗方治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床观察60例

Clinical observation on 60 cases of knee osteoarthritis treated by Duji Huaguling fumigation and washing prescription

目的:观察独寄花骨灵熏洗方治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床治疗效果。方法:2014年7月-2015年6月收治膝骨关节炎患者120例,随机分为两组,各60例。治疗组采用独寄花骨灵熏洗方熏洗治疗,对照组用盐酸氨基葡萄糖口服治疗,治疗2周为1个疗程,2个疗程后观察两组的疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。根据WOMAC的标准对两组患者治疗前后的疼痛、僵硬、活动功能情况的评分,观察患者的疼痛、僵硬、功能活动情况,结果治疗组总体疗效优于对照组,两组疗效差异比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组停药后膝骨关节病的复发情况低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药独寄花骨灵熏洗方治疗膝关节骨性关节炎,有良好缓解膝关节疼痛、提高膝关节功能,具有疗效显著、不良反应小等特点,是一种便于临床推广应用的有效治疗方法。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Duji Huaguling fumigation and washing prescription in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:120 patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected from July 2014 to June 2015.They were randomly divided into the two groups with 60 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Duji Huaguling fumigation and washing prescription,while the control group was treated with oral glucosamine hydrochloride,two weeks for a course of treatment. The curative effect of the two groups was observed after two courses of treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).According to WOMAC criteria, the pain,stiffness,and activity of patients in the two groups before and after treatment were scored,and the pain,stiffness and functional activities of patients were observed.The results showed that the overall efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.The difference in efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of knee osteoarthritis in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Duji Huaguling fumigation and washing prescription for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has a good effect of relieving knee pain and improving knee joint function.It has remarkable curative effect and little adverse reaction, which is an effective method for clinical popularization and application.
