目的:通过优化病房结账流程,缩短办理出院所耗时间,有效改善预出院流程,提供全方位、安全、连续的护理服务。方法:通过对本区产后出院的1180例患者进行调查、分析,对患者预出院流程进行优化设计、缩短结账所耗费的时间,使用统计学的方法对数据进行整理和分析。结果:实施优化病房结账的预出院流程后,预出院率优于实施病房结账之前,优化病房结账流程可以有效地加快出院办理速度,缩短结账所耗时间,减少出院等待时间,实施后均在10:30分前出院,结账耗费时间平均用时缩短了50min,以点带面,使财务部、后勤部、药学部、客服部、资讯部等积极参与到出院流程中,形成跨学科的横向沟通。结论:实施优化病房结账流程,有效缩短出院手续办理的时间,改善预出院流程,为医院管理和患者提供优质服务,为医院预出院流程管理提供参考和借鉴。

Objective:By optimizing the ward checkout process and shorten the time it takes to go through the discharge, effectively improve the pre-discharge processes,provide comprehensive, safe and continuous care.Methods:Through the investigation and analysis of 1180 patients discharged from the hospital after delivery in this area, the process of patients'pre-discharge was optimized,the time of checkout was shortened,and the data were collated and analyzed by statistical method.Results:After optimizing the process of pre-discharge,the rate of pre-discharge was better than that of pre-discharge. Optimizing the process of ward settlement can effectively speed up the process of discharge,shorten the time of checkout and reduce the waiting time of discharge.After implementation,they were discharged before 10:30,and the average time of checkout was shortened by 50 minutes.Let one unit guide a whole area,the finance department,the logistics department,the pharmacy department,the customer service department,and the information department will actively participate in the discharge process to form an interdisciplinary horizontal communication.Conclusion:Implement the optimized ward checkout process,effectively shorten the time for discharge procedures,improve the pre-discharge process,provide quality services for hospital management and patients,and provide reference and reference for hospital pre-discharge process management.
