摘要
新型城镇化坚持“以人为本”,普铁时代“互联互通”的网络难以满足高铁时代客群出行的要求,“直连直通”模式应运而生。文章明确“直连直通”的定义与内涵--城镇群内部以高铁或城际铁路为主要方式,实现城市功能区之间“点到点”的直接联系;结合理论研究和案例分析,总结“直连直通”模式发展的现状与挑战;基于“枢纽-网络”理论,提出强化枢纽与城市空间的耦合关系,即在宏观层面关注铁路与城市的协调关系、在中观层面构建枢纽与周边用地协调的体制机制、在微观层面强化以步行为核心的枢纽设计方法。
In the new era, interconnection in rail transport is transferring towards direct connection by high speed rail. Direct connection refers to point to point connection back by high speed rail between cities within urban agglomeration. With theoretical and positive studies, the paper concludes status quo and challenge of direct connection, and proposes coupling between transport hub and urban space based on hub-network theory: coordination between railway and city at macro level, hub and surrounding land use at meso level, and pedestrian experience at micro level.
