葡萄蒸馏酒中甲醇检测方法的比较 被引量:3

摘要 为了准确分析蒸馏酒中甲醇的含量,分别采用毛细管内标法与填充柱外标法测定,在相同试剂及仪器条件下,对相同的样品进行检测。结果表明:两种方法的精密度均在5%以内,内标法毛细柱的甲醇回收率达到98.9%,R值达到0.999;外标填充柱甲醇回收率为112.1%,R值为0.992 1;两种方法均满足国家对酒类中甲醇检测的要求,但毛细柱内标法检测酒中甲醇的方法更加准确可靠。 In order to accurately analyze the content of methanol in distilled liquor,capillary standard method and packed column external standard method were used to test the same sample under the same reagent and instrument conditions.The results show that the precision of the two methods is within 5%,the recovery rate of methanol in capillary column by internal standard method is 98.9%,and the R value is 0.999;the recovery rate of methanol in packed column by external standard is 112.1%,and the R value is 0.992 1.All the methods meet the requirements of the national methanol testing for alcohol,but the method of capillary column internal standard method for detecting methanol in wine is more accurate and reliable.
