摘要
MOX Open Controller系统是采用开放式思路设计控制产品,系统能够通过以太网TCP/IP和ModBus TCP以及其它先进的现场总线提供良好的通讯能力;Citect设计思路开放性强,使用MELSECF通信协议与PLC通信,具有较强的监视功能和操作界面方便。本文主要介绍MOX与Citect系统在矿业球磨机齿轮喷油控制系统构成、硬件配置、矿业球磨机齿轮喷雾润滑系统的控制,同时对并对由下位机MOX和上位机CITECT组成的自动控制系统的主要功能进行阐述。
MOX open controller system adopts open-ended design and control products. The system can provide good communication capability through Ethernet TCP/IP and ModBus TCP and other advanced fieldbuses. Citect design is open-ended and uses MELSECF. The communication protocol communicates with the PLC, and has strong monitoring functions and convenient operation interface. This paper mainly introduces the MOX and Citect system in the construction of mining ball mill gear injection control system, hardware configuration, mining ball mill gear spray lubrication system control, and the main functions of the lower control machine MOX and the upper machine CITECT automatic control system.
