摘要
随着运营商不限量套餐的推广,上网速率、时延和成功率成为用户最为关心的网络质量指标,如何在数以万记的内容源、基站和网元中客观评价分析这3类指标,是亟需解决的问题。本文提出一种贡献度分析法,从提升客户总体满意度出发,评价被分析对象对全网业务质量整体的影响程度,从而识别并优先解决主要问题。
With the promotion of operators’ unlimited packages, the Internet access rate, delay and success rate have become the most concerned network quality indicators for users. How to objectively evaluate and analyze these three indicators in tens of thousands of content sources, base stations and network elements is an urgent problem to be solved. In this paper, a contribution analysis method is proposed to evaluate the impact of the analyzed objects on the overall network service quality from the perspective of improving the overall customer satisfaction, so as to identify and prioritize the main problems.
