白藜芦醇苷的体外抗氧化活性研究

Study on the Antioxidant Activity of Polydatin

目的:研究白藜芦醇苷的体外抗氧化活性。方法:采用分光光度计法分析白藜芦醇苷对羟基自由基和DPPH自由基的清除作用,并探讨白藜芦醇苷对脂质过氧化物的抑制作用和铁离子的还原能力。结果:白藜芦醇苷能够清除羟基自由基和DPPH自由基,并且具有一定的脂质过氧化物抑制和铁离子还原能力。结论:白藜芦醇苷具有一定的体外抗氧化活性。

Objective To study the in vitro antioxidative activity of polydatin. Methods UV spectrophotometric method was used to determine the effect of polydatin on the scavenging rate of hydroxyl radical and DPPH, the inhibition rate of lipid peroxidation as well as iron ions reducing efficiency. Results Polydatin exhibited good scavenging capacities of hydroxyl free radical, DPPH free radical, and the inhibitory effect of lipid peroxidation. Moreover, polydatin also performed excellent capacity to restore iron ions. Conclusion Polydatin is an antioxidant with superior antioxidant performance.
