摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定参苏丸中葛根素(A)、柚皮苷(B)、橙皮苷(C)和新橙皮苷(D)的含量测定方法。方法:采用Hypersil ODS2色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);柱温:35℃;流动相:甲醇-水,线性梯度洗脱,流速:1 mL/min;检测波长:225 nm。结果:4种成分均能达到基线分离,且在相应浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率均在98%以上。结论:本法准确、简便、快捷、结果稳定,可用于参苏丸中葛根素、柚皮苷、橙皮苷和新橙皮苷的含量测定。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of four components of Shensu pill:Puerarin(A),Method for the detemination of pomeloside(B)、orange peel glycoside(C)、 and new orange peel glycoside(D). Methods Use hypersil ODS2 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 microns);Column temperature 35 ℃;Flow phase: methanol-water;linear gradient elution,Flow rate:1 mL/min;detection wavelength 225 nm.Results All four componentsachieve baseline separation and linear relationship within the corresponding concentration range Goog,The average recovery is above 98%.Conclusion Thismethod accurate、simple、fast,the results were stable and could be used to determine the content of puerarin, naringin,orangetin and new orangeside in shensu pill.
