中西医结合治疗高血压肾病56例临床观察

Clinical Observation on 56 Cases of Hypertension Nephropathy Treated by Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗高血压肾病的临床疗效。方法:选取高血压肾病患者112例为研究对象,随机将其分为两组,各56例。对照组给予卡托普利及硝苯地平治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予参芪地黄汤治疗。观察两组疗效、血压及肾功能指标变化情况。结果:治疗后,两组SBP、DBP、Cys-C、Scr、Umaib水平均较治疗前降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:参芪地黄汤治疗可有效控制高血压肾病患者血压,促进肾功能改善,治疗效果较佳。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of hypertensive nephropathy treated with combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine. Methods 112 patients with hypertensive nephropathy admitted to our hospital were selected as subjects, and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, 56 cases each. The control group was treated with captopril and nifedipine, and the observation group was given Shenqi Dihuang Decoction on the basis of the control group. The changes of curative effect, blood pressure and renal function indexes were observed. Results After treatment, the levels of SBP,DBP,Cys-C,Scr,Umaib in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05), and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenqi Dihuang Decoction can effectively control the blood pressure of patients with hypertensive nephropathy, promote the improvement of renal function, and the therapeutic effect is better.
