基于数据挖掘的杨少锋教授治疗颈椎病用药规律研究

Research on the Law of Professor Yang Shaofeng’s Drug Use in the Treatment of Cervical Spondylosis Based on Data Mining

目的:挖掘杨少锋教授治疗颈椎病用药规律。方法:收集整理杨少锋教授中药治疗的颈椎病患者94例109诊次,并对符合纳入标准病例中的中药处方进行统计,运用SPSS21对中药的频数、频率、归经、聚类和关联规则进行分析。结果:①选取符合统计要求的中药52味,累计使用1342次,其中甘草(103次)、桂枝(97次)、生姜(96次)、大枣(95次)、芍药(87次)等19味中药为高频用药。②解表药(446次)、补虚药(389次)、活血化瘀药(184次)为常用中药类别。③高频中药的归经以脾经(12次)、肺经(9次)、心经(7次)居多。④聚类分析结果第一类甘草、芍药、桂枝、大枣、生姜、柴胡、葛根、鸡血藤、片姜黄,与桂枝汤相似。⑤常用药对为片姜黄与人参;细辛与片姜黄;鸡血藤与威灵仙等。结论:杨少锋教授善用经方治疗颈椎病,并辅以运用“不通则痛,不荣则痛”的证治思想,可为中医药诊疗颈椎病提供思路及参考。

Objective To explore Professor Yang Shaofeng s medication rule and prescription source for cervical spondylosis based on data mining. Methods 109 cases of cervical spondylosis treated by Professor Yang Shaofeng s traditional Chinese medicine were collected, and the prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine were counted. SPSS 21 was used to analyze the frequency, frequency, meridian tropism, clustering and association rules of traditional Chinese medicine. Results Fifty-two Chinese medicines were selected and used 1342 times, of which 19 were Glycyrrhiza uralensis (103 times), Cinnamon Twig (97 times), ginger (96 times), jujube (95 times), peony (87 times) and so on.② Anti-superficial drugs (446 times), tonifying deficiency drugs (389 times) and promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs (184 times) are commonly used Chinese herbal medicines.③ The meridians attribution of high-frequency Chinese medicine is mainly spleen meridian (12 times), lung meridian (9 times) and heart meridian (7 times).④ Cluster analysis showed that the first type of liquorice, Paeonia lactiflora, cinnamon twig, jujube, ginger, Bupleurum root, Pueraria lobata, chicken blood rattan and Curcuma longa were similar to Guizhi decoction. The commonly used pairs of medicines are turmeric and ginseng, Asarum and turmeric, gallinaceae and clematis, etc. Conclusion Professor Yang Shaofeng is good at treating cervical spondylosis by using classical prescriptions, supplemented by the thought of “pain is caused by incompatibility, pain is caused by dishonor”. Bogu brings forth new ideas to provide ideas and references for the diagnosis and treatment of cervical spondylosis in traditional Chinese medicine.
