摘要
自动问答系统是人们在探索人工智能领域的一个主要应用。相对于传统意义上的客服系统,基于人工智能的住房公积金自动问答系统能够快速、准确地回答人们的疑问。文中分析了人工智能的相关算法。同时,针对人工智能在住房公积金客服问答系统中出现的问题进行了分类对比。测试实验结果表明:基于一般特征的类型对比可以将句子的分类准确度提高到70%以上,而加入核心关键词语对于句子分类的准确性还能够得到一定程度的提升。
The automatic Q&A system is a major application in the field of artificial intelligence(AI) exploration. Compared with the traditional customer service system, the AI based housing provident fund automatic Q&A system can quickly and accurately answer people’s questions. This paper analyzes related algorithms of AI. At the same time, the problems of AI in the housing provident fund customer service Q&A system are classified and compared. The test results show that the classification accuracy based on general features can improve the classification accuracy of sentences to more than 70%, and the accuracy of sentence classification can be improved to a certain extent.
