公费定向培养乡村小学全科教师:缘起、现状及超越 被引量:7

摘要 实施公费定向培养乡村小学全科教师政策,是现实的诉求,也是历史的复归,是对当下教师培养体系体制的一种补充和完善。但在实施中,存在部分教师培养机构认识不到位,人才培养方案针对性不强;对全科教师“全面素质”培养不足,措施不多;生源素质尚有差距等问题。为保证该项政策理想的实现,必须深化认识,提高政策实施的责任感使命感;研究教师核心素养,强化乡村教育情怀养成和自主发展能力培养;重建校园师范文化,落实师范生“全面素质”的培养;持续提高乡村教师定位,吸引优质生源。 The policy of training rural primary school general teachers at public expense meets the need of the present time, which is also an issue related to the history of Chinese education. However, many problems have emerged when implementing the policy. For example, some teachers do not have a good understanding of the schools they are working in and some schools’ talent training programs do not have clear targets. Besides, there are not enough measures to cultivate the "comprehensive quality" of general teachers. There are still great gaps in the quality of students. In order to ensure the policy to produce maximum outcomes, we must deepen the understanding and improve the sense of responsibility and mission of the policy implementation. Research should be done to study teachers' core competence, increase teachers’ willingness to teach in rural areas and strengthen their independent development ability. Also, the campus culture of normal universities should be rebuilt and the comprehensive competence of normal university students should be enhanced, and the status of teachers in rural areas should be further enhanced so that excellent students could be attracted in study in the program.
