西安古城道路交通矛盾分析及对策研究

Study on Countermeasures and Problems of Xi’an Historic Cultural City’s development and Conservation

近年国家对中西部城市发展较为重视,“一带一路”倡议以及《关中平原城市群发展规划》都针对陕西城市发展以及“大西安”都市区建设提出要求。基于以上背景,以西安中心城区为研究区域,运用城市规划及历史文化名城保护相关理论,采用文献研究、历史资料查询、实地调查等研究方法,具体就历史建筑保护和古城交通两个问题展开研究。研究发现,西安在历史文化名城保护中主要存在老城区功能、城市特色、老城交通以及古建筑空间艺术处理手法等方面问题,可实施对策为老城区功能迁出和功能置换、顺应“大西安”的建设趋势来提升整体城市特色、老城交通竖向设计以及公共交通体系重塑和古建筑整体风貌保护等。

Attaching importance to the development of Midwestern cities is a national strategy in recent years.The Belt and Road and"Guanzhong plain urban agglomeration development planning"have put forward requirements for shaanxi urban development and the construction of"big Xi'an"Metropolis.With the above content as the background and the central urban area of xi'an as the research area,based on urban planning and historical cultural cities protection theories,this study adopts the methods of literature research,historical data query and field survey to analyze the protection of historical buildings and ancient cities traffic treatment.It is found that there are several problems in the protection of Xi'an historical cultural city,such as the function of the ancient city,the urban characteristics,the transportation of the ancient city and the spatial art treatment of ancient buildings.The countermeasures can be put forward as follows:the function removal and function replacement of the ancient city,the improvement of the overall urban characteristics in accordance with the construction trend of"big Xi'an",the vertical design of the traffic in ancient city,the remodeling of the public transportation system and the protection of the overall appearance of the ancient buildings.
