摘要
针对现有咖啡烘焙机冷却速度较慢的问题,笔者创新设计了一种新型咖啡烘培机冷却装置。通过对咖啡豆的冷却原理及机构特点的分析,在搅拌桶上方安装一吹气风扇以及对搅拌机构的零件及其组合进行改进设计。试验证明:用吹的方式冷却比用吸的方式冷却速度快35%,可以有效解决现有咖啡烘培机冷却装置冷却速度慢,导致咖啡豆品质下降的缺点。
Innovation in this paper has designed a new kind of coffee roasting machine cooling device.Through the analysis of the stirring principle and mechanism characteristics of coffee beans,an air blower fan is installed on the top of the stirring barrel,and the parts and their combination of the stirring mechanism are improved to solve the shortcoming of coffee beans'bad taste caused by the slow cooling rate of the cooling device of the existing coffee roaster.
